Everything was good the place is with own style and spirit, good to enjoy the nature and peace.
Travellers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. This simple accommodation is in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
A good hostel on an old ferry. The "rooms" are very tiny but had everything I needed - a bed and a bathroom and free wifi. Breakfast was good. Close to the Viking Line ferry.
Location was great since it is in the center of Turku, but it was still easy to get there. Very close to the railway and buss station if needed, but also easy to get parking spot from the street. Parking in the street is not free of charge normally on daytime, but for example from 15:00 from Saturday and whole Sunday is free.
Heidi was great host and we felt very welcome to his apartment. Everything were instructed well and picking up the keys to the destination didn't require any special arrangements or scheduling during the trip.
The hotel was tidy and cozy and the interior matched well with the Funkis architecture of the building. The beds were super comfy. Breakfast was so good that the locals seemed to come to enjoy it too. The location is good for train and bus travelers.
Very good host she answered all the questions right away and was sending very detailed instructions! Apartment was in the very quiet and green area and very nice and clean. Perfect also for children, playgrounds around the area.

Great host. Very comfortable house, clean and very well equipped. Susanna is always taking care for you to be like at home. Sauna, cookies, coffee and tee, fully equipped kitchen, very good pillows and linen... Perfect!
We stayed at Eerikinkatu 22. The location was great, right in the heart of the city and a block away from the river. Across the street there was a big supermarket. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, had a full equipped kitchen and a sauna. If you want to "live like the locals" this is a perfect city apartment for that.
