It is a lovely traditional hotel in a delightful small town. It was close to everything including parking. The reception staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Our host and hostess were very helpful. The hostess runs the shop on the ground floor and can generally be found there. The bar across the road served snacks, drinks (hot and cold) and restaurant meals in the evening. The car parking was only a few yards away in a layby, by the recycling bins.
Seeing my helping my wife up and down stairs, both the hostess and host insisted on carrying our bags up and down the stairs. They also changed the room from 2nd to 1st floor to help us.
