Travelers on a budget looking to experience a place like a local will enjoy homestays. These simple accommodations are in a private home, where the host also lives. All facilities are shared and in most cases breakfast is included.
Great location, lovely hosts and a great apartment with all the amenities. It was a really good size and the kitchen was small, but still enough to make a good breakfast, lunch and dinner if you required.

Centrally located property situated in the charming old town of Ciutadella. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby - option to eat out or do a grocery/deli shop and prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor space was nice and added bonus of having a washing machine. Jose was a great host - easy to communicate with and even provided us with restaurant recommendations.
We liked the area where the apartment was located — close enough to the city but not too close. The town was quiet and perfect to rest and enjoy a couple of beaches, restaurants, etc.
We loved that it was not a very touristy area, but more for locals.
The apartment was perfect in terms of space and distribution. Also the premises were great, the amenities (bar, swimming pool…) and access was excellent and includes free parking.
Good quality comfortable bed and bedding. Decor was really nice. Lovely modern bathroom with good quality shower gel and towels. AC was really good also had two smart TVs. Fantastic location and great host.

I had a very nice stay at the hotel! The hotel premises and room are beautiful, comfortable and very well decorated, it’s basically a boutique hotel in the heart of the Ciutadella. The breakfast is impeccable, extremely good. The hotel staff and owners are very friendly and make you feel at home. Also, they are always keen to share tips on how to best explore Menorca or provide insights that only locals have. I would absolutely stay there again.
