The room was very pretty. Nice bathroom and nice balcony. The street is very beautiful too, quite green. It is also very close to the lake and the main square.

My score is based on euro per night. If I were to receive this quality of rooms for lets say double the price, then my scoring would be different.
I liked the soviet style nostalgy yet being clean. The coridors did smell a bit funky, but that did not concern me as the room was clean.
The location is very good and a really well tasting, everyday open, caffeteria at the same building is good.
I also slept suprisingly good (and im with shallow sleep), but I did bring my own pillow. Just in case.
Overall- because the room was clean and i slept well, then my regards to the host.
