This felt like a mix between a luxury hotel and a homestay. The hostess, Irma, was very nice and great at helping us organize a visit to Volcán Chimborazo that fit our budget. The breakfast was also some of the best we’ve had. The room was spacious and the common area was very nice as well. Also, her granddaughter was adorable, but a little precocious.
Great hosts and very accommodating. The rooms were large and spacious, great amenities, hot showers, breakfast set up was lovely, close by parking, fast turnaround on laundry, and they booked us a great mountain biking tour. A comfortable, relaxing stay and a great base for exploring the region.
safe place in Riobamba, Cecilia and her husband are great hosts. we had great conversations about art and Ecuador. Cecilia gave us some insider tips for places to visit and where to eat around Riobamba . excellent breakfast included in the price and we could use the kitchen to prepare our dinner as well.
big parking spot for those who travel by car. hot water in the shower and good wifi. adorable two dogs (that stay outside the hostel) . we felt like at home and recommend the place 100%.
The best hostel in the city! Irma was a great host and always responsive! She had many tips and recommended a tour to Chimborazzo with Paul. also highly recommended, it was all great!
Irma was a great host! Could't imagine there's a better place to stay if you're in Riobamba! Clean room, very comfortable bed, cosy commom spaces, good showers, nice breakfast, everything was excellent! Irma's tips on food and Activities in and around the city ensured I had a great time inRiobamba!
Irma is a very good hostess. One feels immediately like at home. There is hot water, very good and sufficient breakfast with good coffee from Ecuador. Irma also recommended us a very cheap and good laundry near her place. She also organized an excellent day tour for us up 5,100 meters in elevation in Chimborazo National Park. A Taxi from the bus terminal to the accommodation cost $2. We enjoyed the stay very much and would book there again anytime.
