My room was great, perfect as a solo traveller and being so close to the Lauterbrunnen train station meant it's ideally located for skiing with the train journey (included with the ski pass) to Wengen/Kleine Scheidegg not too long.

For the price, this hotel was a decent choice, especially for a short stay of one or two days. The facilities were adequate, though not quite up to a typical standard. The beds and pillows were average and could be more comfortable. Overall, I would recommend it for a brief visit. Location was very good, very close to Interlaken west station and 15 minutes walk from Interlaken OST station. Bus stop is near.

Loved the location, flower boxes and garden, lovely hosts, nearby very scenic and relaxing lookout, full kitchen facilities, able to do a load of washing, beautiful base to explore the stunning Jungfrau region.
We had an amazing stay at the chalet! the view from the balcony was exceptional, you can see the Eiger and Jungfraujoch through the Lauterbrunnen valley. Ruth was a great host as well, with prompt replies and making sure everything was alright. the chalet was clean with basic toiletries provided.
Alex is a great host. Everything was up to or more than our expectations. The apartment has everything you'd need, the views are exceptional. Had a great time there and we are definitely coming back.
It is the best location to see all the surrounding areas, very peaceful at night as this is the way the swiss locals want it to be at night time, please dont be noisey and show respect. It is a beautiful country. We will be back again to the same place next year..
