This was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled extensively across the globe.
Misleading Information: The listing on Booking.com is blatantly deceptive. It implied private washrooms, but the reality was a shared washroom among five rooms.
Terrible Accessibility: There is no signage or clear indication of the property’s location. Even Google Maps failed to find it, leading to unnecessary frustration.
Nonexistent Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi has apparently been nonfunctional for months, as casually confirmed by the host. In today’s age, this is unacceptable.
Poor Communication: Communication with the host was absolutely nonexistent, leaving us feeling stranded and unsupported.
Only Positive: The sole redeeming factor is its proximity to Spiez station, a mere 2-minute walk.
Overall, this property reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for guests. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and Booking.com should take immediate action against such deceptive and poorly managed listings.

Location was too good, right next to Interlaken west and in-front of Migros/Denner.
Restaurant options below were good as well, although we did not try.
Although we did a self-checkin host was prompt to respond to the call and help us with the checking into the apartment. He was kind enough to upgrade our apartment to Private Bathroom and kitchen as we were travelling with small kids, appreciate that gesture.
Parking options in Migros basement was economical as well, around CHF 2 per night. Walking around is a very good in vicinity.
