The owner left an abundance of food and beverage in the property to accommodate our stay. As it was we went to a wedding, and then met in Kalista for a large family breakfast so only used the fresh coffee. But it was extremely thoughtful of the owner, to provide these resources for us.

The location was good-The property located on a very hilly site was very nice.Once all the renovations are done and place has a thorough clean it will be a great place to stay-Especially since it was puppy friendly.

I loved the setup. It was private and warm when I arrived and directions for entry were clear and easy to navigate.
The chocolates and wine were a lovely touch.
The bed was comfortable and had an electric blanket which was appreciated as it was freezing outside.

We loved the location and the cosy fee of the cottage. The area is beautiful in autumn. The fire was great and kept as all warm during the night. Kathy was so welcoming and a great host, she even starts the fire for us so we can come back to a warm house. My little 3yo loved the little toys that Kathy has brought out for him. Really close to shops and restaurants an excellent coffee shop!
Good hosts who provide assistance when you ask, they also give you lots of advice of the local area as well as suggestions. The provided breakfast far exceeded what you normally get with lots of extras. Lighting is adjustable if you want something dim to relax with. Private property with no others attached and a nice view of the canopy. Lots of room for parking no matter what you drive.

Really enjoyable stay here, it was just perfect to take a short break to relax and recharge. Betty was a great host, meeting us at the property when we arrived & gave us some key information about the property. A super generous amount of provisions provided making our stay even more comfortable. Only 5 mins to the centre of Olinda and a short trip into the Yarra Valley.
It had sufficient amenities and it was very clean. Chris was a great host, friendly and did his best to assist when needed.
