This was my second time at Quinta do Lameiro, so I already knew what to expect. However, the last time there was no pool in the Bungalows area. Now that there is, it's an advantage. Two pools with different depths. Terrific addition!

Boasting two outdoor pools and an indoor swimming pool, Quinta dos Carqueijais Gerês offers accommodation set in Valdosende, 12 km from Geres. Simply delightful! Like a very comfortable tree house. Gorgeous views amazing terrace and so many lovely places in the garden and grounds. We lived taking the kayaks on the lake. Some of the reviews mention the road down... its just a few hundred metres and we managed fine in an SUV.

Quinta do Pedregal Hotel & Spa is located in Vila Nova de Gaia, located 20 km from the centre and within a 25-minute drive of the Porto centre. This property is truly a gem! We loved being surrounded by the forest! The staff is exceptionally nice and accommodating. The massage therapists are exceptional too. The food is delicious and breakfast is cooked to your desire.

This hotel is set upon the highest point of the Viana do Castelo, overlooking the ocean, nearby river, and historic city centre, whilst offering top-class accommodation. The views of the city, the river and the beaches are wonderful. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is pristine. The spacious apartments with fireplaces and full cooking facilities were extraordinary. The exotic bird aviaries were an unexpected plus.
