Our unit was on 2 floors - all spotless. Far more space than we needed. Wonderful gardens with a large pool. Parking right outside our apartment. The property is secure with gated access. Gorgeous views all round. A really lovely place. Highly recommend We ate at a super local restaurant called “Ponto de Encontro”. 3 courses for 2 people plus drinks and all for €37. A great stopover and only sorry it was just for one night

Eiras do Dão ligger i Penalva do Castelo, 24 km fra Viseu Domkirke, 24 km fra Viseu Misericordia Kirke og 41 km fra Montebelo Golf Viseu. Gorgeous property! The views are simply incredible and you get to wake up to birds singing. We stayed at the Marco house and it was very comfortable. D. Zilda was always willing to help, and the town of Penalva do Castelo was just a dream. Check out restaurants Recordo and Pizzeria da Lameira—great food!

Casas do Juizo - Country Houses ligger i centrum af landsbyen Juizo og er et landligt turistkompleks bestående af 8 rustikke huse. I think this is the perfect place to stay and travel around the central part of Portugal, visiting small towns and castles. I am talking about Penedono, Meda, Trancoso, Pinchel, Almeida and many other places of interest. This place, Casas do Juizo, is very clean and well maintained. The room is modern in within "medieval" walls and has everything you need for living and cooking. The host, Monica, is very nice and friendly, she speaks very good English and we had no problems communicating. Was offered a very tasty welcome drink and some Easter bread and cheese during our stay, this was Easter time. The village itself is a very calm and quiet place to relax. I would like to recommend Casas do Juizo for all local travelers and foreigners traveling in Portugal.

Aldeia da Mata Pequena ligger mellem Mafra og Lissabon og er en lille landsby, der er blevet fuldstændig restaureret og transporterer besøgende ind i det fortid i et uberørt grønt landskab. The village is absolutely fabulous, the views are amazing, it is very quiet, a good connection with the nature and the past times. The village is very authentic and very well preserved and offers an unique experience. I totally recommend it. Diogo, our host was very friendly and always there to meet our needs.
