Amazing place, the room was perfect and the food the best we had in Sulawesi. Best place for visiting Tanah Toraja, very calm because it's a bit outside of the city center but if you drive a scooter or if you have a guide with a car it's perfect and very easy to reach. Highly recommended!

All units at the holiday park are fitted with a seating area. The private bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower. At the holiday park, each unit includes bed linen and towels. Location was good. Breakfast was also good but the staff didn’t speak English so ordering was a bit hit and miss. 😊

It features an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant and rooms with views of the valley from the terrace. Free internet and parking are provided. We had an amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the place was super clean. The view was breathtaking, and the pool was a great way to cool off. It's also conveniently close to a supermarket. The vibe was great, with options for tours and taxi drivers available. Overall, it's a fantastic value for the money. Highly recommended!

Located in Bunaken, 3WILL Bunaken Dive Resort is only a short distance from beautiful snorkelling and diving spots. It boasts a diving centre, massage services and a tour desk.

Each private cottage comes with a fan and a private balcony which offers views of the surrounding greenery. It features an en suite bathroom, mosquito nets and toiletries. It also has a seating area. We stayed at 3Will for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff are super friendly and both the accommodation and location are amazing. The food was varied daily, which meant we never had to eat the same thing twice and was really tasty. A real community vibe within the resort and we particularly enjoyed sitting on the beach with the Bunaken band, having a sing-song and sharing a few shots of a locally produced arrack. We did scuba diving for 3 days and snorkelling for one day. The dive sites are some of the best you can hope to see! The boat crew are very accommodating and the dive guides are really helpful and friendly. The groups are really small, which made the experience feel very personal and also helped us feel safe and comfortable. It was our first diving in 6 months and the team put a guide in the water specifically for us on the first day so that we could reacclimatise at our own pace. Diving felt super safe, there was always a briefing beforehand, safety stops at the correct depth and for the right amount of time and guides never attempted to take us beyond our limits. We absolutely loved our time and can't wait to find a way back there again!

Located in the famed diving site of Bunaken, Onong Resort offers cosy and homey beachfront accommodation featuring free WiFi access throughout the property. This property can also help arrange dolphin tour upon request and at an additional charge. The nearest diving and snorkeling spot can be found just a 2-minute walk away. Snorkelling gear is available with a fee. Clear water with clean beds and delicious meal.

Located right on Bara Beach in Bira, Cosmos Bungalows offers a beautifully simple beachfront accommodation where each bungalow has sea view. Free on-site parking space for guests who drive. The property has a lot of staircases and may not be suitable for elderly or young children. The bungalows are simple and very nicely decorated. The views are to die for. I loved the stairs straight down to the beach, the hammock on the veranda, simplicity, small scale and the overall value for money. Mangga Lodge offers tropical getaway just across Bara Beach. Nestled with lush greenery, this beachfront property houses a restaurant and air-conditioned rooms with a private terrace or balcony.

A 10-minute drive from Mangga Lodge leads to the white sand Bira Beach, while a 10-minute boat ride from the property takes guests to Liukang Island, known for its snorkelling spots. Sultan Hasanuddin Airport is 5 hours’ drive away. Nice location close to the beach. Nice food.

Located on Bunaken Island along the Pangalisan Beach, Cakalang Resort offers diving and snorkeling opportunities on-site. It has a restaurant and a 24-hour front desk.

Fan-cooled bungalows come with free Wi-Fi and feature garden and sea views. Tea/coffee-making facilities and an en suite bathroom with shower facilities are available. We had a great time at cakalang with Fernando and his wife being extremely accomodating. Debbie the receptionist/cook was amazing and made the best food we have had in Indonesia. Great diving experience with the team here also. Can’t wait to return some time soon!
