Staying at the Tiny House was a great new experience close to nature. We loved the silence and peace below the big trees. We also loved the sound of the birds singing. The house was very clean, well equipped, and everything worked fine. A small roof above the front door would be more  comfortable, though. We can really recommend staying at Tiny House.

Stunning views, lots of local wildlife on the river and a short walk up the coast. Nice private little cabins with parking direct out side. Extra cooking space and even a giant outside chess board for entertainment.

The peace and quiet… privacy and gentle sounds of the birds. Watching the tide come in and out. Ability to take day trips and see the local attractions in every direction. One day the sheep in the neighbouring property got out and provided great entertainment for us. They got it quickly under control but we had a lot of laughs cause we don’t get that in Canada. They were very apologetic but it was a highlight of our very enjoyable stay.

The Catlins is a beautiful area to explore and Catlins New Haven Holiday Park was a perfect spot to do it from. The owners were very friendly and welcomed us warmly. We wish we could have stayed longer.
