Newhaven Holiday Park offers beachfront accommodation, 9 minutes’ drive from Owaka town centre and 11 minutes’ drive from Catlines Lake. Guests can enjoy fishing and hiking in the surrounding areas. Nearby attractions include waterfalls and caves. It was spacious, had everything we needed in the cabin and on top a big kitchen and bbq to use for everyone. From the park we could see the see lions. There‘s even a coffee shack next door. Just perfect.

All holiday park guests have access to a fully equipped communal kitchen with cooktops, cooking equipment and a pizza oven. There is also a free BBQ area with gas and a communal coin-operated laundry. We checked in late and our room was left open for us with key inside... too easy. The cabin is very new and well appointed... very comfy. The kitchen and bbq area is so well done - so easy to use and super spacious. Best i've seen and others there were saying the same.

Redeveloped in early 2007, it features a stunning backdrop of picturesque mountains and is just 650-metres from the town centre. convenient locaation; great staff who went above and beyond to help with luggage; coffee trailer in front of park serves great coffee. not luxurious but clean and comfortable. Nice porch on which to enjoy the breeze
