The location up on Coromandel Peninsula is simply beautiful. We walked across the road to the rocky beach for sunset each evening, where you could hear a pin drop, very peaceful! This is a lodge that caters to campers as well as folks renting kitchenette rooms, like us. People come here for the fishing, and I heard it was very good. If we had stayed another day, it would have been fun to go out on a charter boat for a day of fishing. We went on excursions each day, one was to hike the Coromandel Coastal Walkway, just fantastic. There is no shortage of fun things to see and do here. You do have to bring groceries with you, as there is no restaurant nearby.
Located opposite Estuary Beach, Harborside Holiday Park offers an outdoor seasonal swimming pool, a children's playground and a BBQ area with picnic tables.

I’ve been going here for Years now and every time has been amazing. super accommodating super helpful super staff super people owners campers every things feels super relaxing and stress free as it should, I call it my eden. 😊
They have a small locker storing kitchen ware for every superior beds. It is a big advantage compared to some holiday parks which need go to office to ask for kitchen ware.
And children love jumping pillow.

Great location with it's own nearby beach. Sunset over the beach is spectacular. Cabin facilities are nice with full kitchen. Swimming pool was heated so still nice for a swim even though it was March.
The house was charming, everything you could need was there, comfy beds, gorgeous outside bath was a real treat, beautiful gardens, being pet friendly was a huge bonus for a family holiday.
Very clean, well presented room with kitchenette and ensuite, it had everything I needed. Very close to the centre of the town, just a short walk. Due to the storm and gales too, there was a good selection of options on the TV for entertainment!
Accommodation was nice for holiday park style accommodation and handy to Coromandel township, staff were friendly. Pool was good. All the campground facilities you would expect to a very good standard.
It has a complete amenities for traveler with kids: kitchen, swimming pool with slides, rent-bike, jumping balloon. The kids are very happy to stay here.
This was the most amazing getaway for a family vacation with a dog. The property itself is gorgeous, it's clear just how much work goes into the beautiful home and gardens. Every comfort and convenience has been taken into consideration for the guests, from towels and bowls for canine visitors to a whole drawer of tea varieties, to very soft lovely bed linens. The outdoor bath is delightful first thing in the morning and gorgeous at night beneath the stars. In general, worth every penny we definitely plan to come back for another stay.
