We particularly appreciated the kitchen corner stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks, which made us feel welcomed upon arrival. Another highlight was the privacy we enjoyed in the garden. While grilling and relaxing in the bubble bath, we were completely unseen by the neighbors.

We spent a wonderful vacation in this villa in Kalkan. The location is perfect (nearest grocery store 3 minutes walk and to the city center 5 minutes by car) . The villa has an unforgettable view. The house looks wonderful and the photos reflect the actual condition. The villa is well equipped and maintained in excellent condition, which shows its relative newness. In addition, there is a sauna in the house, possible to use at any time of the day. The rooms are equipped with towels and a hair dryer. Air conditioning in each room works perfectly. In the outdoor pool, the option to turn on the jacuzzi option. The pool along with the patio is cleaned daily. However, what makes this place equal is not only the accommodations, but also the excellent contact with the owner. His positive attitude and assistance in every situation make the hospitality here incomparable. I recommend with a clear conscience to stay here.
