A nearby grocery shop and the option to order food directly to the villa added layers of ease to our stay. Parking was never an issue, thanks to the dedicated parking space. And I must mention, the swimming pool area with its stunning sea view was the perfect spot to unwind. In summary, this villa is a slice of paradise that we can’t wait to return to. The apartment is absolutely amazing. It exceeded all our expectations. It's in a beautiful tranquil garden in the walking distance from the beach. This is the entire house with a bedroom downstairs, bedroom upstairs, nice spacious bathroom, comfortable living room, wide porch, nice kitchen with everything needed for cooking. We loved it. Mustafa, the owner, is the most gracious host. He has a boat and took us on a 2 hour boat trip to the sunken city and the Islands, for a fraction of what other boat tours charge. He is also an expert diver and takes people to dive around sunken antique ruins. The whole town of Demere is an absolute gem that is likely not getting lots of tourists yet. But the whole town is full of amazing antique ruins on every corner.
