Located in Motueka in the Tasman region, River Terrace Cottage features a patio and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. This place was fabulous. We were greeted by a very friendly host who showed us into "our house". It was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There were fly screens on the windows and doors which was great as it let fresh air in but kept the insects out. There was a nice touch of chocolates and biscuits and also books and games to relax with. There was fantastic view from the window and was so peaceful. A short walk takes you over over Pokororo swingbridge over the river. It was a real home from home!

New, clean and very, very comfortable accommodation and excellent facilities , would highly recommend. Great location. Previous reviews referred to ants. No ants in the property at all, it was spotless. It’s in a beach location and as such locations can suffer with ants but my concerns were unfounded. A Lovely decking to sit out and look over the view. Perfect 👌

The apartment is super spacious and the interior design is great. So many beautiful details that make the place special. The deck with access to the garden and a wonderful view is absolutely fabulous. Hosts are super nice and helpful. Great location when going to Abel Tasman or just to have some relaxed time off in a beautiful place. Would have loved to stay longer.
