New, clean and very, very comfortable accommodation and excellent facilities , would highly recommend. Great location. Previous reviews referred to ants. No ants in the property at all, it was spotless. It’s in a beach location and as such locations can suffer with ants but my concerns were unfounded. A Lovely decking to sit out and look over the view. Perfect 👌

A perfect stay in Coastal Chic! Big house in a private area, with very nice ocean view, easy to drive and park, 5min walk to Cafe and restaurants. The sofa & beds are extremely comfortable, the electrics are brand new and easy to use, kitchen is big and well equipped which has everything we needed. Host Dianna is friendly, responsive and helpful, recommendations on local food. 12/10 if we have to rate, totally worth the price.

KOTARE - Stunning Kaiteriteri Holiday Home ligger i Kaiteriteri, 1,2 km fra Kaiteriteri Strand og 1,4 km fra Little Kaiteriteri Strand. Der er aircondition. Beautifully appointed house, great view, lovely and warm, clean, top quality furnishings and utensils, comfortable beds, WIFI to keep the kids happy! Just a wonderful place to stay. We loved our stay at Coastal Charm On entering, the house was crisp, clean and homely. We felt right at home, everything we needed was there even the exact coffee machine I have at home! Access to the beach was excellent and we were only 10 or so minutes out of Tākaka which is so convenient. 10/10
