It had everything we needed. We were worried about the cold, but it was actually pretty warm inside even though the nights we stayed were way below 0.

Amazing location! Peaceful and serene. No one around. An older cottage, but with modern facilities (fantastic bathroom, newer washer/dryer machines, comfy beds --enough for at least 4 people, probably more--, cozy living room with wood stove). Close enough to the 1 restaurant and 1 cafe/shop in Arthur's pass (1-minute drive), but away from the road so there's no traffic or other people. Great hosts with great communication.

The room design is excellent and can see lovely forest and city view from window, especially during dusk it provides great sunset views. The room and bed is also comfort and clean, we really had a good stay here.
