This was the best accommodation on our trip. Beautiful little tiny house, nestled away in the hills and only a short trip into town. The facilities were great and we slept like babies in the super comfy bed with only the sound of birds around us.

The Tussocks, Arthur's Pass es un alojamiento con wifi gratis y vistas a la montaña que se encuentra en Arthur's Pass, a solo 8 min a pie de Estación de tren de Arthur’s Pass y a 1,8 km de Cascada... Amazing location! Peaceful and serene. No one around. An older cottage, but with modern facilities (fantastic bathroom, newer washer/dryer machines, comfy beds --enough for at least 4 people, probably more--, cozy living room with wood stove). Close enough to the 1 restaurant and 1 cafe/shop in Arthur's pass (1-minute drive), but away from the road so there's no traffic or other people. Great hosts with great communication.

We enjoyed being able to prepare our own meals. The instructions throughout the apartment were easy to understand. The washer and dryer rack were a welcome surprise.

We’ve traveled to 65 countries and never fell in love with a home so deeply like this one. The design, the warmth, the views of lake tekapo, the night sky, the cleanliness, convenience, area, ease of access. It’s huge! 3 bedrooms! We were four but it could have easily fit 8. The rooms were clean and at the level of a hotel. There were mini bags of laundry detergent, make up removing wipes - so many thoughtful little touches that the couple Jen & Hamish set out for their guests. We had NZ staple snack set aside for us upon arrival. Jen and Hamish are the best hosts ever, I actually met them and asked them if they would do another as we just loved the home. It gets booked out fast, so if in tekapo, I wouldn’t wait to book it.
