The hotel has one of the best views from the balcony. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. Our room was super clean. The location was great also. Away from the crowds but a short drive or taxi to a few beaches. There are a few restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Petrovac'taki plaja 300 metre mesafede yer alan Villa Vukotić, ücretsiz Wi-Fi ve kablo TV ile donatılmış klimalı daireler sunmaktadır. I loved staying at the Villa Vukotić. First, it was well above Petrovac, so there was no noise. I am a very sensitive and light sleeper, and sleeping in a quiet place is extremely important to me. The bed was quite comfortable, there was a small kitchenette which I didn’t have much use for, but it was nice to have. Each room has its own private veranda, which is where I spent most of my time. It’s about a six or seven minute walk down to the beach front, so it’s very convenient. On the way down to the beach, there is a Voli market, and you can get just about anything you need there. There is also a large outdoor terrace, which I did not use, but this is perfect for a family that wants to have dinner, or have friends over and be social with. But the best part of all was the owners, Vera and Luka. Luka met me at the Petrovac bus station and drove me to the villa. Vera greeted me with a glass of rakia, and then we spent an hour talking about various political and cultural issues. She is a very nice lady. She was very concerned that everything was good, which it was. Today, for the same price as the taxi, they drove me to my next location, Virpazar, helped me find the rather remote place I was staying, And then helped me find a rental bicycle, which was not available otherwise, and which I never would have found on my own because I don’t speak Montenegrin. After that, they treated me to a beer in the Village Square, even though I wanted to treat them to say thank you for the kindness. They were warm and hospitable, and villa was quite nice. What else could you ask for?

Wonderful place, villa is clean, has everything you need for a vacation, the beautiful beaches of Jaz, Ploče, Trsteno are 5 minutes away by car. Quiet and beautiful place with a beautiful view of the sea.Pool is beautiful and warm, the children enjoyed it the most!!

Bahçe manzaralı Chill zone, Katun'da, Perazica Do Plajı'na 1,5 km ve Fenix Plajı'na 2,2 km uzaklıkta yer alan bir konaklama birimidir. Tatil evinin özel girişi konukların hizmetindedir. I liked garden. Garden is so big and so full of nature peaceful and calm. Everybody who wants to go to beautiful beaches then come back and have a rest with the family or friends I recommend this place. In the same time there were family with kids and I think this is the beautiful place for children because it's safe and the space is huge. There were some beds where I was spending rest of the day. Especially I want to think to vlado and Christina and Todor of course, cuz they were so friendly so polite and so helpful to us. We will come back next year for sure.
