The hotel has one of the best views from the balcony. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. Our room was super clean. The location was great also. Away from the crowds but a short drive or taxi to a few beaches. There are a few restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Located 300 metres from the beach in Petrovac, Villa Vukotić offers air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi and TV with cable channels. Spacious apartment with lovely terrace and incredible view. The owners were hospitable and very very friendly! Recommended.

Superb new villa above Petrovac. Great views, quiet and remote but easy to get to Skadar or Petrovac. Rooms were clean, kitchen was well equipped. Good Wifi. We appreciated the bottles of wine left for us by the hosts.

We decided to spend our vacation in Montenegro this year and were very happy with it. It was a vacation with a more rustic feel. But that's what we expected and we really enjoyed it. It should be noted that the road network in Montenegro is still in need of improvement. Otherwise there is a lot to see in the area: beautiful historic old towns, clean beaches. The people are very friendly, the prices are still relatively low.

Beautiful villa, very comfortable. Breathtaking view from every room and the terrace. Super nice host. The beds are very comfortable, with good mattresses, the kitchen is well equipped. The house itself is big enough so that everyone can find a place to hang out and the walls are thick so it's quiet, which makes this villa great for staying with your family. But the absolute best is the terrace of course. Overall - simply great! One of the best places we stayed, ever.

Nastanitev Carevic Resort & Villas je v Budvi in ponuja restavracijo, sobno postrežbo, bar, vrt, sezonski zunanji bazen, teraso ter pogled na vrt. Excellent resort, the location is quiet, part of a modern farm where the produce for the local restaurant of the resort. Already before our arrival the services were very good, Andrijana who was taking care of us during all our stay with very kind, always available and very helpful. The house and the swimming pool are ideal, and the breakfast at the restaurant is excellent.

You feel the that this villa is brand new. The view is amazing. Privacy is 100% secured because it's a little higher than the other buildings. Pool is nice. we should stay longer
