The pension is spacious, clean and tidy with sufficient facilities. It is near Bulkasa Temple but not close to city centre. Thus, the environment is quiet with natural beauty. Service was incredibly friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk in through the front door, you can tell that a lot of love went into designing and furnishing the property. Location is a fairy remote, but part of the property’s appeal. Our family, including 5 y/o, had a very relaxing stay and our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Place was easy enough to find. Host was great and met us at the street to explain the parking rules and how to access the property etc. very friendly and helpful. Location is close enough but also away from the main drag. We walked to get groceries and there are plenty of restaurants. Buses are easy to get to the main historic sites too. Great traditional space place with the modern amenities. The heater floors were great for the chilly nights!

This air-conditioned holiday home comes with 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette. We had a wonderful stay at Hanok Desi Bom 101. It was contactless but the host was very helpful and efficient in communicating with us via booking's chat/message site on how to get there: sent photos as well as help with directions (we were given written Korean directions to be shown to the taxi driver). It's about a 20 min taxi ride from Singyeongju Station. There is a bus stop across the street that takes you to the major tourist sites in Gyeongju such as Cheomseongdae Observatory, Bulguksa Temple and Seokguram Grotto, and it is walking distance from Daereungwon Tomb complex. This quaint accommodation is also close to restaurants and shops, and the main bus terminal. When I expressed my concern about not having an umbrella with rainy weather forecast, it was provided for us. All in all, our stay was a delight and I would recommend it to anyone!

Was really impressed with the guesthouse that preserved the old style hanbok, while prioritizing comfort. The view was great and was really impressed with the service and the friendliness of the staff and owners.

Host was great, and Dante is a lovely dog. Breakfast also yummy and filling.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The host was so lovely. She walked us to a restaurant she recommended, as we arrived around 6pm and there isn't very many restaurants around the area. (Duck bulgogi was delicious btw). It has a very homely vibe and the breakfast provided was fantastic. I am definitely not use to sleeping on the floor as it was quite hard on my squishy aussie body 😅 however since we were there in Autumn, the floor was heated and felt nice on the back. It is definitely an experience I would highly recommend.
