Passport Villa is located in city center, within walking distance to Siem Reap’s Old Market, Night Market and other shopping and dining options. This is in an amazing location - it is only a couple blocks from downtown but tucked back off the main road where it was surprisingly quiet given it's proximity to the bars and some party hostels. Cathy and Khan were amazing hosts, provided a wealth of information, and have trusted/vetted tuk-tuk drivers on call with fixed prices for things like temple tours, airport shuttles, etc. which was a big bonus. Came here with my spouse, we are both 35 and still like to go out and party but prefer to come back to a quiet and relaxing location

The accommodation and the team are absolutely recommendable. The entire house is furnished with great attention to detail and the tradition of this area. We were very well looked after so that we felt completely at ease. The children loved the saltwater pool and we also loved the beatiful garden. The entire property is a small family business that is run with a lot of dedication and attention. We also liked the location, as it is not very far to the temples, but the city is also not too far away and easy to reach by tuk tuk. Many thanks once again to Sitoh and her team. We would love to come back.

Everything was great! Caro was very helpfull en friendly. A little paradise close to the centrum of Siem reap.

Quiet location, spacious, very well thought out with all amenities, great private pool, comfortable large beds, beautiful surroundings and greenery, inside private parking. This villa has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 1 kitchen where you can cook food and BBQ with family or friends. Highly recommend!!

Situated in Siem Reap, less than 1 km from King's Road Angkor, Cozy Boutique Villa Siem Reap features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a bar. Eath, the manager was fantastic. He helped us book bicycles etc for our trip to Ankor Wat. Nothing was too much for him to help with. Amazing person and fabulous place. Highly recommend.
