Set in Siem Reap, 1 km from King's Road Angkor and 6.2 km from Angkor Wat, Passport Villa offers an outdoor swimming pool and air conditioning. Vam escollir aquest hotel per les bones referències sobre els amfitrions, i podem dir que són totalment certes. Després de tres nits, aquesta és la nostra experiència. Ubicació: es troba molt a prop del centre de Siem Reap (a dos carrers, prop de supermercats, restaurants, exchange...), però en una zona molt tranquil·la. És un hotel tranquil, zero sorolls a la nit (exceptuant un dia que un gos del carrer no parava de bordar, quelcom habitual en aquests països). L'hotel: és una casa de planta baixa (recepció, motxilleros) i primera planta (habitacions). Té una piscina fantàstica i una zona de jardí amb taules i barra on serveixen esmorzars a petició (molt bons). Extra: tenen aigua filtrada gratuïta disponible pels hostes a recepció! Habitació: La nostra habitació (suite) tenia un matalàs de 2 metres de llarg i un llit supletori perfecte per deixar-hi la roba; els matalassos eren de molles, així que millor dormir pla que de costat. L'aire condicionat funcionava molt bé, al mínim era molt silenciós i refredava bé. La nostra nevera refredava correctament però cada 5/10 minuts feia un soroll estrany i molest (brrr), no vam pensar en comentar-ho als propietaris, però si ho llegiu, si us plau, reviseu-la; l'havíem d'aturar per poder dormir. El bany era correcte. Dutxa al mig, sense mampara ni cortina. Al principi ens va xocar i no ens agradava, però t'hi acostumes i no resulta cap problema. A la porta li falta un tirador per tancar i obrir més fàcilment. Insectes: Un dia ens vam deixar menjar al bany i va aparèixer alg formiga. Eliminat el menjar no van tornar a aparèixer. A diferència d'altres hotels no vam veure cap insecte, tot estava molt net. L'habitació compta amb mosquiteres, però quan netegen entren mosquits. Els haureu de matar la primera nit. Amfitrions: fantàstics. Ens van preparar un tuctuc gratis a l'arribada a l'aeroport i ens van fer mil favors més que mai podrem agraïr.

Set in Phumĭ Bântéay Srei and only 31 km from Angkor Wat, The Little Vegan Homestay offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. We decided to rent a motorbike to get out of Siam Reap to explore and see the countryside a little, and we couldn't be happier with our short stay here. The bungalow is so lovely, the outdoor shower is beautiful and the hosts made this really special with everything they did to take care of us. Their home cooked meals were amazingly delicious, our top culinary experience in Asia so far! They gave us wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area. Just next time we will come for longer!

Boasting pool with a view and views of garden, Atoh's Maison is a recently renovated villa set in Siem Reap, 4.5 km from King's Road Angkor. Lovely spot, lovely pool and garden, rooms and outdoor space are beautifully decorated with genuine art. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The meals are great, home cooked and good value. The hosts are lovely people, very attentive and caring, they were above and beyond helpful and helped us organize our sightseeing. They have a tuk tuk driver at a reasonable rate, he is also lovely, he gave us cold water and cold cloths to cool off at every stop.

Private Villa by The Bliss Angkor is a recently renovated villa in Siem Reap, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, garden and bar. The Hotel and its single rooms are excellent and the staff could not be more welcoming and helpful at any point. We opted to stay in the two room villa as price for two rooms was very similar to this rate. Also we had been travelling in Asia and having the extra space access to an excellent washing machine and fridge was perfect for us. We had this villa over Xmas and on Xmas eve we had friends who live in Siem Reap and we arranged to meet for Xmas day lunch. When I asked jokingly if the Hotel could perhaps arrange a bar b que for Xmas day they jumped to action. With less then 24 hours notice they delivered an amazing lunch of beautiful Barbie of fish ribs prawns and chicken with salad galore! For very reasonable price they served and cooked in the private courtyard of the villa. I was amazed and grateful and what service. The villa in terms of room layout and features were not perhaps as luxurious as the rooms but still very clean and practical. I was travelling with my son and it was perfect for us. The roof top terrace with live in pigeons having an ice cold beer watching the sunset was perfect. We also had breakfast in main hotel which was good food. Not expansive buffet but no complaints. Coffee was definitely good ! Minutes away from town and shops. Easy for temples. Cannot fault the team.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool and views of pool, Banana Resort, le petit nid de Caro is a recently renovated villa situated in Phumĭ Réach Born, 2 km from King's Road Angkor. Beautiful, very comfortable and clean villa; amazing breakfast; great staff always willing to help and assist; nice outdoors area with beautiful garden and swimming pool. Very quiet place, just 10 minutes to ride on tuktuk or taxi from all central attractions of Siem Reap.

Offering a terrace and garden view, My Key Polanka Pirvate Villa with Pool is located in Siem Reap, 1.9 km from King's Road Angkor and 5.2 km from Angkor Wat. We had a great family holiday, we loved the pool and the house was in a great location. Our host helped organise drivers and tours guides for us as well as transfers to the airport. We also had a BBQ by the pool which was a great night with amazing food and staff. I would highly recommend staying there
