What a fantastic house! The location is perfect and less than a 5 minute walk to town. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating owner. Lovely to be so close to the river, and to hear it flow by the house! Mosquito nets on all windows were an added bonus, as was the nearby very secure enclosed parking. We will definitely return and stay at La Casa sul Fiume without hesitation.

We made a last minute booking and there was ongoing and excellent communication confirming the reservation and local information about our stay. We enjoyed the views from sun terrace and pool and were grateful for an extended check out time. Thank you and well recommended.

Featuring panoramic sea views, Villa Manu is nestled in the hills of the Marche countryside. The holiday home is features a garden with BBQ facilities and an outdoor dining area. Absolutely wonderful 1 week stay in September. Villa is splendid and has anything needed. location and view is delightful.
