Nice owners that are always there for you when you have a problem or any question. Everything is new and modern. The pool has a perfect size, it's always clean and it's positioning is perfect. We will for sure come back at one point.

Amazing experience, the place is in a small neighborhood with lots of fields surrounding it, a very quiet place, perfect for a deep sleep. The bed is new and comfortable, the facilities all work very well. The breeze keeps the temperature cool even when it's hot outside. The host family that also lives in the property are very kind and welcoming. Would love to come back one day, a perfect place, really.

The location is perfect and less than a 5 minute walk to town. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating owner. Lovely to be so close to the river, and to hear it flow by the house! Mosquito nets on all windows were an added bonus, as was the nearby very secure enclosed parking. We will definitely return and stay at La Casa sul Fiume without hesitation.

Featuring sea views, Emy Wine house provides accommodation with a private beach area and a terrace, around 1.7 km from Porto Recanati Beach. The apartment was spacious and clean, like in the photos! You could see the sea from the balcony and there are 3 balconies. Emy is a nice host and she responds to all your questions. There are 2 bathrooms which is a big plus! If you’re travelling by car there are always parking lots near the apartment!
