Boasting a terrace and views of city, SaxAurea is a holiday home set in a historic building in Matera, 300 metres from Casa Grotta nei Sassi. The accommodation has a spa bath. The hot tub and shower were fabulous! The accommodations had everything you would ever need. The location was absolutely perfect and the host provided excellent information. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

Casa Nannina is a gorgeous, new lovely apartment walking distance to the Sassi. The hosts are absolutely wonderful people that assisted us with so many things - finding a parking spot in the rain at night and giving us a fantastic restaurant recommendation that was still open when we arrived late. They also recommended other restaurants tours etc and was available our entire stay for questions through WhatsApp. I honestly wish we had more time to enjoy the apartment and Matera. We highly recommend this apartment - the hosts thought of everything you will need for a fabulous stay.

The country home was clean and comfortable and my children enjoyed being able to j redact with the animals on the property. The host made us feel welcome and comfortable in every way. I would recommend staying here.
