About the apartment- very clean with all the facilities in the 3rh floor without elevator (for us it was really ok). Close to the centre and 7 min walk to the Sasi. one of our nicest place in our travel . Recommend for everyone.

New, spotless, well-equipped, with the kindest owner who came and found us when we got lost! Just steps outside the city centre and at a very fair price. Grazie!

Boasting a terrace and views of city, SaxAurea is a holiday home set in a historic building in Matera, 300 metres from Casa Grotta nei Sassi. The accommodation has a spa bath. We stayed 2 nights with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. They set up the room as we requested and it looked wonderful , super clean,spacious. The hostess is super friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive . They have the easiest check in/ check out system. The room has a coffee machine, mini bar with free drinks and a breakfast basquet with jam,Nutella and pastries.The location is perfect! I highly recommend it for couples.

Casa Nannina is a gorgeous, new lovely apartment walking distance to the Sassi. The hosts are absolutely wonderful people that assisted us with so many things - finding a parking spot in the rain at night and giving us a fantastic restaurant recommendation that was still open when we arrived late. They also recommended other restaurants tours etc and was available our entire stay for questions through WhatsApp. I honestly wish we had more time to enjoy the apartment and Matera. We highly recommend this apartment - the hosts thought of everything you will need for a fabulous stay.

Boasting inner courtyard views, Angelo's Country House features accommodation with patio, around 40 km from Casa Grotta nei Sassi. Thank for for the wonderful hospitality. The country home was clean and comfortable and my children enjoyed being able to j redact with the animals on the property. The host made us feel welcome and comfortable in every way. I would recommend staying here.
