My favorite stay of of our roadtrip in Iceland! Beautiful inside and out. The hot tub was amazing with an awesome view of the volcano Hekla in the distance. The house was so spacious compared to our other rentals. It was peaceful and had everything we needed included. The location was perfect for Gulfoss and the Geysir with a gas station and restaurant nearby.

A small cabin on top of the hill -just doesn’t get any better than that.  And the cabinet south was very compact, but with good use of space. The bed was exceptional (and I never rave about holiday beds!).

Set on the Golden Circle Region in South Iceland, this property is 2 km from the famous landmark Kerið. Loved everything about this house! We had 6 adults so the 3 bedroom was perfect. The kitchen had all the amenities (and they stocked enough coffee for us!). The hot tub was very nice, too! We cooked dinner at the house 2 of the 3 nights- it was just great spending time with the family!

Located in Selfoss in the South Iceland region, Heima Holiday Homes has a patio. It is situated 42 km from Ljosifoss and features luggage storage space. This little piece of Eden is situated in the middle of nowhere, yet it's extremely easily approachable. Beautiful calm environment, with direct view of the Aurora (when it happens of course). It was very clean and calm, especially the slow mornings with the sunrise. The house is on flat area, so it's easy to maneuver, but you're surrounded with mountains, so the view is great. The colors of the sun in this part of the countryside was truly beautiful.
