The apartment is spacious, well heated, and comfortable. The outside area is cozy and cute. The host is very friendly. The table and living room were a priority for my business, and it was all comfortable. I loved the location. Yes, it's high, but accessible and I can walk to the center easily every day.

Nestled right beneath the iconic Mother of Georgia statue, we couldn't have asked for a more picturesque and convenient spot to immerse ourselves in the heart of this enchanting city. Upon arrival, we were instantly captivated by the vibrant Tbilisi Georgian vibe that enveloped us. The hotel's prime location allowed us to soak up the city's rich history, culture, and beauty with ease. We were within walking distance of some of Tbilisi's most famous landmarks and bustling neighborhoods, making our exploration of the city a breeze. This designer apartment was a true gem. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, creating an atmosphere that felt both modern and authentically Georgian. The blend of contemporary design elements and traditional Georgian touches added a unique charm to the space. It was not just a hotel room; it was an experience in itself. In summary, this hotel was a very special place that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the unbeatable location to the well-appointed designer apartment and the charming yard, it had it all. This is a solid 10/10 recommendation, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

This was an excellent apartment in the Tbilisi city centre. Clean, stylistically designed, cozy and very comfortable! Close to all main attractions in Tbilisi located in 2 minutes from Shota Rustaveli avenue. I definitely recommended you this place for wonderful weekend in Tbilisi! My friend and I stayed there for a couple days and I wish we could have more time there :)

Nastanitev villa with beautiful view 4 se nahaja v mestu Tbilisi City, 3,5 km od znamenitosti Trg svobode in 3,8 km od znamenitosti Gledališče Rustaveli, ter ponuja vrt in klimatsko napravo. The host, Ms. Tati was very helpful and took care of all of our attention. We enjoyed her hospitality. Honestly, this is one of the best places to rent ever. Highly recommended for big families or a group of travellers as it has 4 master bedrooms, a nice yard for chilling and BBQ. Also privacy wise, you would totally feel at home. If I ever visit Tbilisi again, I would go there for sure.
