The hotel's prime location allowed us to soak up the city's rich history, culture, and beauty with ease. We were within walking distance of some of Tbilisi's most famous landmarks and bustling neighborhoods, making our exploration of the city a breeze. This designer apartment was a true gem. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, creating an atmosphere that felt both modern and authentically Georgian. The blend of contemporary design elements and traditional Georgian touches added a unique charm to the space. It was not just a hotel room; it was an experience in itself. In summary, this hotel was a very special place that exceeded our expectations in every way. From the unbeatable location to the well-appointed designer apartment and the charming yard, it had it all. My friend and I stayed there for a couple days and I wish we could have more time there :)

空港から337番のバスに乗って、終点のトビリシ中央駅で降り、歩いて10分ほど。アクセス便利。オーナーさん家族が隣りの部屋に住んでいて、ホームステイをしている感じ。
大通りからすぐの好立地でした。 共有スペースは比較的清潔に感じました。こぢんまりとしながらも家庭感があって良かったです。 部屋からトビリシの街並みが見えて夜も朝も景色が綺麗でした。
トビリシからカズベキやシグナギへ泊まりがけで出かけた際、大きなスーツケース等荷物を預かってもらえて大変助かった。街歩きから戻ると我が家に帰った様に笑顔で迎えてくれる、スタッフの温かい対応。街のインフォメーションが工事中な為、スタッフに助けてもらった。ベッドの寝心地が良く安眠できた。お掃除も行き届いており清潔。ホテルとしてSDGsへの努力が感じられる。
トビリシ駅やバス停が近く、観光スポットに行き易い。ゲストハウスオーナー夫婦が親切で朝食が美味しい。家は古いが、部屋は広く清潔。WIFIやエアコンも問題なし。
➀ロケーションが最高！ オペラハウス裏にあり、毎晩遅くまでオペラ・バレエ・コンサートを楽しめる。 自由広場やルスタベリ駅まで徒歩５～６分。 目の前にポリスがあって安心。 ＳＩＭカードで不明な点は、オペラハウス前のMAGTI店舗で即解決。両替はマリオットホテル隣の銀行が便利で安心。 スーパー、ハチャプリ屋が歩いて１分。国会議事堂、主要博物館、ムタツミンダ山頂行きケーブルカーまですぐ。 ②空港出迎え時、「near opera」と書いた紙を持って、弟のゲオルギーが出口の一番前で待っててくれ、 すぐにわかった。嬉しくて泣きそうになった。飛行機が遅れても、Booking.comのアプリで連絡が通じた。 ③ＳＩＭカードの購入、両替、タクシーアプリ、地下鉄・ケーブルカーの使用方法、何でもズーラが教えてくれ、親切。 家族が皆、明るく、優しい。中庭のご近所も、皆いい雰囲気で、いつも笑い声が絶えず、住んでいて楽しかった。 ウェルカムワインも美味しかったよ！
・立地がよい。 ・場所はわかりずらいが、古いアパートメントの集合住宅の一角がホテルの立地となっており、トビリシの一般家庭の生活を垣間見れる環境がとてもよかった。 ・日中のデイリーケアをしている女性スタッフさんがとても親切でよい方だった。 ・内装お洒落。 ・光があまり入り込まない分、よく眠れた。 ・ベッドがよい。 よく眠れた。
