It is a very cute one-story home with a garden on the host's property. Beautiful flowers all over. It even has its own gate, outdoor eating area, and hammock for sunny days! The rooms are quite spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. There is an AC/heating unit in the bedroom. Amazing, friendly, and helpful host who can guide you around town. The neighbors on the small street are also friendly. All the best places to eat in Kutaisi are just a short walk away. Highly recommended! Super lovely place. We will stay again!

A recently renovated holiday home situated in Samtredia, House - Kutaisi International Airport 15 Minutes features a garden. Very pleasant stay! A huge house with extremely beautiful well-groomed garden. Nice furniture, a lot of kitchen appliances and tableware, very neat and clean. Facinating large terrace with plants and deck chairs. Really close to the Kutaisi airport. We wished to stay there much longer than just one night)

Had everything we might need and even ended up having more bedrooms than advertized, which made my kids extremely happy as they both got their own room! Warm, comfy beds, everything stocked in the kitchen. It was perfect for our family.
