The rooms are quite spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. There is an AC/heating unit in the bedroom. Amazing, friendly, and helpful host who can guide you around town. The neighbors on the small street are also friendly. All the best places to eat in Kutaisi are just a short walk away. Highly recommended! Super lovely place. We will stay again!

Had everything we might need and even ended up having more bedrooms than advertized, which made my kids extremely happy as they both got their own room! Warm, comfy beds, everything stocked in the kitchen. It was perfect for our family.

Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected.
