Visited with our grandchildren. Location excellent as so close to all the amenities in Wells. Very clean and comfortable beds with quality bedding. Well equipped. Very attentive hosts who provided welcome gifts and fans. Sometimes had to park in the car park but still very near to the house so no problem. A lovely place to stay and hope to go again.

Everything we needed was there and it was so well decorated and felt very luxurious. Just 20 mins to Wroxham to explore the Broads and less than an hour to Holt to hop on the North Norfolk Railway steam engine. Friendly hosts who were always available. Acle itself was a nice town just 10 mins walk away and a few dinner options available.

Location was great, the accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very stylish cosy place to stay and extremely clean. The village pub had lovely food and friendly staff. Great place for a relaxing weekend. Everything you require, and exceptionally clean throughout. Owners have done very well- a credit to them. A small hamper on arrival was a nice touch.
