We instantly felt relaxed as it felt like home from home. We had a lovely welcome from the hosts.

It was only a 10 minute walk from the village and right in the forest. There’s a lot of bike storage too which was really helpful. Property was really spacious and beds were very comfy. We also managed to have a bbq which was such a nice feature. We will be booking again!

The property has garden and quiet street views, and is 21 km from Bournemouth International Centre. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The house was very well kept, very clean and tidy. It was a cozy and warm space, with great sized rooms for a family of 4 adults so didn't feel cramped. There's also a good garden space for warmer weather and the road is very quiet. The house is in a great location to visitor attractions in the New Forest and surrounding areas, and there's a small supermarket round the corner for last-minute provisions. Communication with the host was excellent throughout and we had no issues throughout our stay. We had a lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in future.

The location was really good for feeling lost on the Moor but still a few minutes drive to Fordingbridge to get groceries. The garden is well fenced for dogs, which gives you a less stressful / piece of mind break. The cottage admin was faultless and exceptionally prepared for arrival. Overall well fitted and presented for the price point. We tend to try new places everywhere we go but this one is on our radar for another mini break, M&J
