Extremely clean and well provisioned. Newly decorated. Modern with very nice bathroom and kitchen. All very up and together. Warm and comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Beds okay - but not feather pillows or duvets.

Everything about this cottage was exceptional, the hot tub was very clean, the facilities were very clean and very well equipped! Only place we have stayed that has provided towels, shower gel, washing up liquid etc (not that this is a deal breaker for us!) … we loved the decor of the cottage also, very modern but original at the same time … the added touch of Prosecco and chocolates on arrival was lovely and went down a treat!
The inside of the property and the hot tub were excellent. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Great pub, the White Hart, about a mile away. Nice walk from the property and very easy access by road to rest of New Forest.
Garden is completely enclosed so safe for dog (or children if you had them) Suited us well (2 adults and a dog) but it’s small and I wouldn’t want to be there with children or someone sleeping on sofa bed.
Great welcome, rooms well appointed, very clean, fabulous towels.
Breakfast was really good, Toni and Paul are great people, book a room and support them.
Both the hosts were lovely, very welcoming and helpful. The dinner choices were great and the general feeling of space was welcome. Bedrooms very clean.
Nice quiet room , very clean and very helpful, friendly staff! Good breakfast and a good menu / choice of options in the bistro. I enjoyed my short stay thank you.
