Very clean room with comfortable bed and welcome tray and excellent friendly smiling staff. Hearty breakfast at reasonable price. Would definitely stay again if in the Chepstow area.
Very clean in all areas from entering the car park, through reception and all catering areas including restaurant and bar
Very clean and Welsh cake, milk, tea and coffee were available on arrival. In a wonderful setting, and easy parking.
Very comfortable and very clean property, clearly really well looked after and we felt very homely there. Extremely comfortable bed was very nice!
It’s a beautiful hotel.. very clean and well equipped. We were there for a family funeral and all the staff were well trained and polite.
Great location, just off the Offa's Dyke Path. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The hotel is small, basic and very clean.
A very comfortable and well appointed cottage, small but with everything I needed. The bed was very comfy, the shower excellent and the kitchen very clean and well equipped. Gilwern itself seemed friendly, fairly quiet in the evening but with a pub and small supermarket within very easy walking distance..There is easy access to the Heads of Valley road making it a great location for exploring the Brecon Beacons. As a lone traveller, I loved it.
Very clean and welcoming
