It is very well equipped and close to the old city, super clean, the beds are so comfortable that you can easily oversleep and the staff is amazing: we even had a chocolate bar as a gift. I highly recommend this property!

Offering a garden and quiet street view, Alma Villa is set in Falkirk, 36 km from Edinburgh Zoo and 37 km from Glasgow Cathedral. I wouldn’t usually leave reviews however, this was one of the cleanest and homeliest places I have stayed. There was a lovely welcome message which made it a nice personal touch. We visited for Edinburgh Christmas markets, the location to both Edinburgh and Glasgow was made within 30 mins from here and Falkirk itself is lovely. Kerry emailed back straight away with a query that I had and was really polite about the situation. We met Alan on our visit to confirm everything was ok with our stay - both hosts very welcoming. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Loch Lomond Finnich Cottages features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Drymen, 15 km from Mugdock Country Park. Beautiful place with loads of space for a family of five. We could’ve stayed for a week! The cottage had everything we needed incl. a fully fitted kitchen. Amazing surroundings. Close to Loch Lomond, Ben A’an and Devils Pulpit.
