It is very well equipped and close to the old city, super clean, the beds are so comfortable that you can easily oversleep and the staff is amazing: we even had a chocolate bar as a gift. I wouldn’t usually leave reviews however, this was one of the cleanest and homeliest places I have stayed. There was a lovely welcome message which made it a nice personal touch. We visited for Edinburgh Christmas markets, the location to both Edinburgh and Glasgow was made within 30 mins from here and Falkirk itself is lovely. Kerry emailed back straight away with a query that I had and was really polite about the situation. We met Alan on our visit to confirm everything was ok with our stay - both hosts very welcoming. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!
