very clean, comfortable, and well equipped hotel. hospitable and helpful staff. offers tea at front desk. definitely value for money.
The common areas of the hotel are impressive, and we appreciated a lot the amazing breakfast, the lobby bar and the sophisticated dining options. Our rooms had access to the lounge on 7th floor and that was a nice plus for business meetings and a relaxing tea or drink after a busy day. The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated very much the possibility to walk on the lake banks, and the peaceful location. The staff was extremely kind and helful, and always very professional.
They had dinner buffet (with drinks) and that provided much choices also for western peoples. Room was very clean and enough space even longer visits.
The rooms are big and very clean. There are no carpets in the room, which I highly prefer! The interior is very nice and stylish.
Great location in historic part of Souzhou. Bedrooms very nicely furnished, and very clean. Quiet at night. Staff very helpful- nothing was too much trouble for them
