Everything was very clean, the staff is amazing! Michelle speaks very good English and is always ready to support, very welcoming and friendly. I suggest it as great place to stay in Guilin.
The staff here could not be more helpful, we ended up doing way more than we thought as there was so much you could book through them and they were always happy to help and someone there. The food is some of the best we had in China during our trip! The rooms have a gorgeous view so if the weather isn't great you really don't mind staying in for a bit longer, they have a nice tea area and they are a good size too. Very clean and great location, would absolutely recommend
Front desk Zhuge and Ida were exceptional. They have ready information and always able to help.the cleaning speaks excellent English. Our room was very clean. Tea area in room was unique. View from breakfast room on level 5 was lovely.

Great location! Many things walkable. Pedestrian street with nice bars and restaurants are also very nearby! Convenient store right next to hotel. Fantastically well organised and thoughtfully made hostel. All the comforts of a hotel but also with the social environment of a hostel. Great location. Great optional social events. Very clean and friendly. Highly recommended.
Very clean and comfortable! The team was great and were able to help out with the travel planning to and from the hotel. Breakfast needs to be signed up for ahead of time.
The big nice room with pretty view of the river was prefect for the 3 of us. Service staff all very friendly and helpful. We had lots of options for breakfast and the coffee was excellent. Very clean.
