Everything was very clean, the staff is amazing! Michelle speaks very good English and is always ready to support, very welcoming and friendly. I suggest it as great place to stay in Guilin.

The staff here could not be more helpful, we ended up doing way more than we thought as there was so much you could book through them and they were always happy to help and someone there. The food is some of the best we had in China during our trip! The rooms have a gorgeous view so if the weather isn't great you really don't mind staying in for a bit longer, they have a nice tea area and they are a good size too. Very clean and great location, would absolutely recommend

Front desk Zhuge and Ida were exceptional. They have ready information and always able to help.the cleaning speaks excellent English. Our room was very clean. Tea area in room was unique. View from breakfast room on level 5 was lovely.

Nice people running the hotel. They helped me with a broken backpack with a sewing job. Could not be more greatful The location is perfect and the place is very clean.

Good location, near to West Street & Li River.The accommodation was comfortable & good service from the hotel staff.They were very helpful.Room was very clean & the toilet was good .The restaurant downstairs serve very good food .The hotel staffs esp Kevin & Xiao Yang were very helpful in arranging the local tours for us.Recommeded to stay here.

The staff all spoke brilliant English and were so friendly - the owner even took me to the bus stop and waited with me while explaining how to use Chinese buses! The room was a great size and very clean, as was the bathroom. It was also very affordable!

Very helpful and friendly staff - went above and beyond to help us plan our day and arrange transport etc. I would advise using them to help you get picked up from train station/ airport as they were great! Very comfortable hotel and the lady at reception was so kind to book for us the cruise on the Li River with pick up at the hotel. Room very clean and spacious with lovely view of the river.
