That place is great. The personal is absolutely understanding and helpful. The room is comfortable and very clean. 5 days at this hotel were brilliant. The hotel is on the center of Beijing, but it's quiet and very restful. Thanks for the best holiday! And for presents that u gave for us. The hotel even gave us food-present to take with into airport.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean, cool and comfortable, the breakfast had great variety. The gym was well equipped, the cafe in the lobby was nice, and the hotel was connected to a very big shopping mall with a good variety of shops and restaurants.
Hotel is actually really quirky and quite different to most that I've stayed in! Room was very clean, modern and had good air conditioning which was essential in the heat of July! Initially when I arrived I was placed in a room without a window, but the staff very quickly moved me to another room with no extra charge. The staff were great at trying to help, even though some of them struggled a bit with English and they had only one translation machine.

Great location less than 10min away from terminal 3. Shuttle service every 20min. Very clean and pleasant staff.
