The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need for a few days of peace and serenity. One of the highlights of the stay was being surrounded by beautiful horses and the most friendly dogs and cats you could ever imagine. Their presence made the experience even more special.Sebastian and Viktor went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Their attentiveness and warmth made us feel right at home from the very start.

The cabin itself was basic but very clean and warm. What an amazing location to stay in. The reception were very helpful and kind. This is a great value for money option for this area and the ability to cook food is essential as you may not be able to get a reservation for dinner at the nearby hotels (which are super pricey). Essential to bring your shopping with you as there are no grocery shops nearby. The views with the animals around are awesome.
The rooms were very clean, comfortable and cozy. Surrounding area was beautiful and reminded me of countryside. Staff was amazing and made you feel at home.
Amazing location and Viviana was a lovely host! Located only 10 min drive to park entrance (with breathtaking views of Las torres). Very clean comfortable dorms. Staff was fast, efficient and helpful. Lots of great dinner options. Also accepts credit card so don't worry about bringing Pesos!
The room was lovely. The pictures on bookingdotcom do not do the room justice. Very clean. Staff was very nice. Food was very good and plentiful. Really enjoyed the special lamb BBQ.
From seeing the pictures and reviews of the place I expected it to be much simpler, so I was surprised how welcoming and cozy it was! Everything was very clean, I chatted to some very nice people, the lady from the reception was just lovely and very helpful. Good hot showers and warm blankets. For food they only had pizza but it was delicious, good big breakfast the next morning. And the view of the 3 towers is just amazing! It cleared up so I got a sunset and sunrise view of them.

Excellent stay! The rooms have a gorgeous view of Torres del Paine, and the hotel itself is very clean and relaxing. We had a wonderful time.
