If you're considering a trip to Koh Mak, this is your ideal stay! Nestled right on Oh Nid Pier, this delightful hut is just a three-minute walk from where you arrive and offers stunning beachfront views. You can listen to the soothing sounds of the waves all day—it’s incredibly relaxing and chill.
The location is excellent since the island is small, allowing you to reach any destination within a maximum of 15 minutes on a motorbike. This place offers privacy and a personal retreat when you want to step back from the communal island life.
The facilities truly stand out. Upon arrival, I was captivated by the expansive outdoor area, which includes a large patio right on the beach and a spacious balcony with a big dining table (perfect for game nights and inviting new friends over). There’s even an outdoor bed to relax on after a day at the beach.
The room itself is quite large, comfortable, and surrounded by big windows that offer panoramic sea views. The bathroom is adequately sized with hot water, and basic toiletries are provided. The kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave, dishes, and everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Moreover, the landlady, So (Natida), is wonderful. Booking this place not only means a great stay but also getting to know So. She goes above and beyond—from arranging bike rentals delivered right to your door to handling your laundry and maintaining the cleanliness of the hut. So is always there for her guests, genuinely caring about your experience and offering help whenever needed. She's truly a special person.
Note that I initially planned to stay for 14 days and ended up extending it to 45 days. That’s how perfect this place and the island are!

A quiet beautiful, and very clean place with a lovely pool and Beach area. The stuff is just incredible! They helped out with everything we asked for and more. They were so Sweet to our little boy and did their best to make sure we have a beautiful stay. A Special thanks to the Lady at the reception (what a shame, I don‘t know her name) her english was great and organised pick ups back in Trat for us and also on the Island.
It is good place with fine restaurant, very friendly and helpful reception lady, nice and very clean swimming pool and with possibility to rent a motorbike, which is very convenient.
The room was very clean and cozy, silent and working air condition, location was great, they also picked up us from the pier and got us taxi to drive us back to the pier. The host was excellent, very friendly, very smiley and happy with full of life welcoming the guests. Professional host.
the bed was very comfortable, the mosquito net saved us, the room was very clean and everything was newly renovated also beautiful desing, nice furniture and good size! The wifi was very good in the room and in the common area and so i was able to work with no issues! Also, next to all the shops restuarants and beach but completely silent!!
