An amazing new place to stay in Koh Kood. This is an absolutely newly equipped house with everything you need for a perfect holiday—kitchen supplies, a blender for morning fruit shakes, snorkeling masks, helmets for scooter rides, and more. There is a huge pool in the backyard as well as a spacious and cozy terrace outside. It is just a 2-minute drive to the amazing Ao Taphao Beach. Highly recommend this place, looking forward to coming back for a longer stay.

The place is huge and the sun rise is sublime.
It is calm although close to the pier. May be we were lucky but there was a little breeze that prevented the presence of mosquitoes.

Loved our stay here! A bit further away from the beaches but we rented a motorbike at the accommodation which was very affordable, in very good condition and was the best way to see all the different beaches on the island. Highly recommend!
The owner also arranged everything for us from taxi’s to the ferry and a snorkelling trip. He even lent us his sister’s motorbike on the first night because all the other ones were already rented by other customers. Snorkelling trip was beautiful, a good price, friendly captain and with a small group. Rooms are as the photos. It’s not new but it’s all very clean and is good value for the money.
You can tell that they really want you to have a good stay and work very hard to accommodate you in what you need.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.

We had an issue with broken aircon in our room and the Owner went above and beyond to move us to another free villa AND gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience! That is excellent service! 🙏🙏🙏

A quiet beautiful, and very clean place with a lovely pool and Beach area. The stuff is just incredible! They helped out with everything we asked for and more. They were so Sweet to our little boy and did their best to make sure we have a beautiful stay. A Special thanks to the Lady at the reception (what a shame, I don‘t know her name) her english was great and organised pick ups back in Trat for us and also on the Island.
It is good place with fine restaurant, very friendly and helpful reception lady, nice and very clean swimming pool and with possibility to rent a motorbike, which is very convenient.
The room was very clean and cozy, silent and working air condition, location was great, they also picked up us from the pier and got us taxi to drive us back to the pier. The host was excellent, very friendly, very smiley and happy with full of life welcoming the guests. Professional host.
the bed was very comfortable, the mosquito net saved us, the room was very clean and everything was newly renovated also beautiful desing, nice furniture and good size! The wifi was very good in the room and in the common area and so i was able to work with no issues! Also, next to all the shops restuarants and beach but completely silent!!
