The owner named Jovan was very nice, simple and welcoming. No complications at all. The place was very clean, very modern, and very close to Exit festival. I would recommend this 10 out of 10 in overall. I don't have any other comments.

I really loved this place! Good location with free parking, just minutes away from the fortress and city center.
Accommodation has everything that you need for a cozy stay, it's spotless and well maintained with great hosts ready to help with anything that you need.
And, of course, the pool.... Very clean with perfect temperature and just for yourself.

There is a good free parking space, and you can even get another one, for an additional fee.
Fee for a pet - 5 euros per day.
Scared of the comments about the noise, but in fact it is the usual street noise, nothing particularly critical. True, the neighbors behind the wall like to listen to music.
Fresh bread in the bakery on the first floor is really excellent.
