This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. Everything about it is exceptional! Everything you need is available and the host and family are the kindest and most friendly people you could have the pleasure of meeting. The pool is well sized and we appreciated it so much with the weather being so warm. There is outdoor seating and a large bbq also. The property is a short distance from Novi Sad Centar and the malls and beach etc. We really love coming back to this place and will continue to do so. This place is very much a home away from home for us.

Very nice landlord, very nice house. Our family of four lives comfortably in this villa.
The villa is clean and bright, with a spacious and open American kitchen where you can cook your own meals. The location is just a few minutes' walk from the centre and the bus stop, making it easy to get around.

Thanks to the landlady for allowing us to check out late, we were able to enjoy lunch in the villa kitchen. The landlady also gave us drinks, wine and snacks. Thank you very much for the hospitality of the landlady. We will stay here again next time.

Amazing house with the small pool, jacuzzi for two, relax room and sauna. I have visited with husband and friends and we had a great time. Our main goal was to explore Novi Sad, but after long day spent sightseeing, the facilities in the house relax you 100%. The sauna is Finnish type, unlike many facilities that actually have infra red sauna which is nothing like the Finnish one. The host is super helpful. The house is a bit far away from the centre, but taxi is cheap and your car is safe in the garage. Highly recommended!
