It is a large nicely decorated apartment with 2 bedrooms that together easily sleep 4 grown ups. We had access to laundry, and a fully functioning kitchen, a welcomed addition after several days of hiking on the Fishermen's trail. The host was helpful in showing us around and advising us on places to eat and visit.

Well equipped kitchen, rural location, open aspect, terracing & garden not overlooked, modern clean pool, just big enough to swim in. The owners come and go in the neighbouring villa, but never intrude.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The rooms were large and comfortable, as were the beds. Everything was very clean and beautifully designed. The pool was great too. There was also a good children's play area.
Barranco da Fonte is right on the Rota Vicentina footpath so it was an excellent choice for our stay. The room was very clean, freshly decorated and the bathroom huge! We were the only people staying for an evening meal and the manager went to a lot of trouble to cook us a delicious local dish. Breakfast was equally impressive. A most enjoyable stay.
It's a GREAT place! Very peaceful, in the nature, very nice and helpful staff. They know how to make you feel like at home, or even better. Familiar atmosphere and animals friendly place. The rooms are very clean, whole place is very good organized and the restaurant - AMAZING - local products, fresh meals and healthy breakfast.

We had eat in the restaurant in the 2nd night and we had a delicious and great meal made special for us. Price was not expensive . Host was very nice .
located in a quite place in the middle of nowhere. good place to stop for a rest if you travel . but also maybe for those who like hiking and want to have some rest from summer heats . very clean and cozy
